# A2A Multi-Agent System A complete Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication system with Train, Flight, and Ticket agents. ## Quick Start ### 1. Setup Environment ```bash # Create conda environment conda create -n agent python=3.13 conda activate agent # Install dependencies pip install a2a-sdk google-adk python-dotenv httpx requests pip install selectolax primp playwright playwright install ``` ### 2. Configure Environment Variables Create `.env` file in root directory: ```env MCP_ENDPOINT=https://railway-mcp.amithv.xyz/mcp MCP_TIMEOUT=360 GOOGLE_GENAI_USE_VERTEXAI=FALSE GOOGLE_API_KEY=your-api-key-here TRAIN_AGENT_URL=http://localhost:10004 FLIGHT_AGENT_URL=http://localhost:10005 ``` ### 3. Clone MCP Server (if not already present) ```bash git clone https://github.com/opspawn/Google-Flights-MCP-Server.git ``` ### 4. Run Agents **Terminal 1 - Train Agent:** ```bash python -m train_agent ``` **Terminal 2 - Flight Agent:** ```bash python -m flight_agent ``` **Terminal 3 - Ticket Agent:** ```bash python -m ticket_agent ``` ## Architecture ``` Ticket Agent (Coordinator :8000) ├── Train Agent (:10004) ──> Railway MCP (Remote) └── Flight Agent (:10005) ──> Google Flights MCP (Local) ``` ## Key Files - `train_agent/`: Indian Railway train information agent - `flight_agent/`: Flight search agent with Google Flights - `ticket_agent/`: Coordinator agent that delegates to train/flight - `Google-Flights-MCP-Server/`: Local MCP server for flight data - `.env`: Environment configuration ## Troubleshooting **Port conflicts:** ```bash lsof -ti:10004,10005,8000 | xargs kill ``` **Missing dependencies:** ```bash pip install selectolax primp playwright playwright install ``` **MCP connection issues:** - Verify `.env` has correct `MCP_ENDPOINT` - Ensure all dependencies are installed - Check MCP server is accessible ## Documentation See [SETUP_GUIDE.md](SETUP_GUIDE.md) for detailed setup instructions and troubleshooting. ## License This project uses various open-source components.
